“Megas Alexandros” complex also features of a brand new, 120 sq.m. maisonette which consists of three floors (Basement, Ground Floor and First floor) and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons. Our maisonette comprise 5 bedrooms, a modern living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and 3 bathrooms with w.c.. This modern and spacious building is ideal for groups of friends or closely acquainted families who enjoy spending their vacation time together.

• Kitchen (Ground Floor): Exceptional design and quality, fully equipped with sink, air-extractor, oven, electric hearth, dish-washer, refrigerator etc.
• Living Room (Ground Floor): Equipped with dining table, fireplace, couch, armchairs, coffee table etc.
• 3 Bathrooms with W.C. (Ground Floor, First Floor, Basement)
• 5 Bedrooms: With beds, wardrobe, Air Conditioner (First Floor και Basement)

The maisonette is carefully equipped with handsome, modern furniture which promises to satisfy every need and create a peaceful, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for our valuable guests. Besides that, individually controlled air-conditioning is available in all floors of the maisonette for better ventilation. In addition, our maisonette also features all the expected facilities such as LED T.V., Wi-Fi internet access, while hot water during the whole day is also available.

The bed sheets and the towels are changed every three days. The studios are cleaned and disinfected every three days as well. As far as the car parking is concerned, you can easily park your vehicle at the public area at the front or the rear side of our building. The exterior area of the maisonette has been landscaped as a garden with surfaces covered with stone while also provides for a parking place, a wooden pergola and of exceptional dining table made of granite. This is the ideal place to be gathered with your family or your friends and enjoy a coffee, your breakfast or dinner in the pleasant summer breeze.
